Ordering & Returns Policy

1. How to Order:

   3. You can place your order online using a Visa or Mastercard credit card
   4. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express or Discover Card. All orders are charged in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) so your actual charge may vary depending on the current exchange rate.
2. Seller Policies
   1. Sunpeak Biotechnology reserves the right to change pricing at anytime without notification to customers. Sunpeak Biotechnology reserves the right to cancel or reject any orders deemed unacceptable by Sunpeak Biotechnology.
   2. Sunpeak Biotechnology is respnsibly for shipping merhcandise to your intended destination but cannot be held liable for custom restrictions or import mailing restrictions of your locale. Please be aware of any restrictions in your area before ordering.
3. Shipping fees
   1. Free international shipping for any order exceeding $9600 NTD.
   2. Orders below $9600 NTD will be charged $640NTD for international shipping.
   3. Orders shipped to The People's republic of China will be charged $640NTD for shipping regardless of order total. Due to limitations of China's shipping facilities, there will be no tracking information available for packages. Please be aware that you are shipping to China at your own risk.
4. Shipping Policy
   1. After address and payment verification, we usually ship your order within 1-2 business days.
   2. We ship internationally using EMS International Post. US Addresses may require 1-3 weeks for transit.
5. Product Return
   1. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 1 week of receiving shipment. We are not responsible if you exceed this deadline.
   2. If the product has not been opened or used within 1 month of receiving shipment, you can exchange the product with us. You are responsible for return postage and there is no refund on postage fees.
   3. If your order cannot be delivered as addressed, is refused shipment, or returned for other reasons out of our control, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and additional return postage fees incurred. Shipping fees will not be refunded. For reshipment of returned packages, you will be charged the necessary reshipment shipping fees.

6. Product Return Procedures:
   1. Please attach a copy of order receipt and note the reason for return and return method desired. If requesting for a product exchange, please write the product name you desire to exchange with.
   2. Once we receive your return, we will process your return and refund or exchange your order within 1-2 weeks.
